First we will start with a meeting. If you are just looking for a quick consult, one meeting might be all there is. At the meeting we'll discuss your project and needs and come up with an estimate of hours it might take to accomplish the project. Rates are strictly on an hourly basis. You only pay for the design time used. We are here to serve you. You can set your own time limit and we can accomplish as much as we can within that time frame. See the detailed process below...

This family wanted to really revamp their 1960's home. We took on some major first floor reconfiguring, including removing a load bearing wall, opening up the stairwell, removing a closet, widen openings and the hallway, moving the garage door access, closing up a window, raising up a window, reconfiguring the powder room, and so on. It

Next comes the design process. AutoCAD is utilized to plan out the new space. Together we collaborate on the final plans.

Now its time to select finishes. We desired a timeless updated Traditional look here.

Next is construction. Demo. And putting it all back together.

Now the entry is much wider and open, it feels great when you walk in the door and now can see all the way into the kit

New built-ins for dining area, complete with wine fridge and ice maker. This bar area is decked out with custom drawer inserts for all your entertaining needs.
